This site describes a pay-per-estimate programme for remodeling companies and lets you ask whether your territory is available. Submitting the market-availability check is an enquiry. It does not create a contract, reserve a territory, or oblige either of us to proceed.
You agree the information you submit is accurate, that you are authorised to provide it on behalf of your company, and that the contact details you give are ones you are entitled to be contacted on.
Any cost per estimate, appointment volume or territory availability mentioned on this site or on a call is indicative and depends on your market. Nothing is binding until set out in a signed agreement.
Estimate volume and close rates depend on your market, your design and installation capacity, your pricing, and how well your team sells in the home. We do not guarantee any particular result, revenue or return, and nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee.
The text, design and graphics on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
This site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction.
