For kitchen & bath remodelers doing $2M+ a year

Qualified estimates. Paid per estimate, not per month.

In-home design appointments with homeowners who own the house, have both decision-makers at the table, and have already confirmed scope, budget and timeline — booked into your calendar, exclusive to your company.

What we mean by a qualified estimate

Most lead sellers count a form fill. We don't sell leads at all. An appointment only reaches your calendar — and only appears on your invoice — once all five of these are true.

Every estimate goes to one remodeler. We're not an aggregator, and we cap how many companies we work with in a market, so you're not walking into a kitchen that already has three other quotes on the counter.

How it works

Three steps to a full estimate calendar

You never buy ads, never hire a marketer, and never pay for an appointment that wasn't worth driving to.

01

Check your market

Answer a few questions about your company and service area. We'll tell you on the spot whether we've already capped the remodelers we work with in your territory.

Get your numbers on a call

We show you your exact cost per qualified estimate in your market, how many we can realistically book next month, and whether this is a fit at all. If it isn't, we'll say so.

Estimates start landing

Tell us your service area and the hours your designers can run appointments. Confirmed estimates land in your calendar with the scope, the budget band and who will be home.

The difference

Two ways to fill your estimate calendar

The retainer

  • You pay every month whether anyone books or not.
  • Ad spend sits on top of the fee.
  • You're locked into a term.
  • Leads get resold to three other shops.
  • A wasted Saturday is your problem.

Pay per estimate

  • You pay when someone sits down with your designer.
  • We buy the ads. That's our cost, not yours.
  • Stop whenever you want.
  • Every estimate is exclusive to your company.
  • An estimate that falls short gets credited.

We only get paid when you get an estimate.

The part nobody else puts in writing

If the estimate falls short, you don't pay for it

Submit it for a credit.
It gets replaced.

You only pay for estimates that meet the five-point standard above. Credits are reviewed and applied against your next batch — there's no argument and no ticket queue.

Limited remodelers per market

See if your market is still open

If it is, you can have exclusive estimates on your designers' calendars this month. If it isn't, we'll tell you that instead of selling you something.

Questions remodelers actually ask

What does an estimate cost?

$297 per qualified estimate in most markets. It moves with how competitive your territory is, which is why we quote it on the call instead of putting one number on a page. There is nothing else on the invoice.

What counts as an estimate I have to pay for?

One that meets all five points: they own the home, both decision-makers are there, they've told us the scope, confirmed a budget and given a timeline. If any of those turns out to be untrue when your designer arrives, submit it for a credit.

What if only one spouse is home?

You don't pay for it. We confirm who will be there before we book the appointment, and a one-legger is a credit — it's the single most common way in-home appointments get wasted, so we screen for it specifically rather than hoping.

Are the estimates exclusive?

Yes. Every appointment goes to one remodeler. We're not an aggregator and we don't resell. We also cap how many shops we work with per market, which is why the availability check exists.

How many estimates can I get?

It depends on homeowner demand in your territory and how many appointments your designers can actually run. We map a realistic monthly number for your specific market on the call rather than promising a figure here.

Do I sign a contract or pay a retainer?

No retainer and no long-term contract. You buy estimates as you go. Stop whenever you want.

How fast do estimates start?

Once we have your service area and the hours your designers can run appointments, estimates start landing within days. There's no build phase you're paying for.

Do you book straight into my calendar?

Yes. Confirmed appointments arrive with the scope, the budget band, the timeline and who will be home, so your designer walks in already knowing the job.

Why are you capping companies per market?

Because exclusivity is the product. If we sold the same territory to five remodelers, every estimate would be a bidding war and the price would collapse. Capping is how the appointments stay worth buying.
